Dr. Netta Admoni is not accepting new patients for ADHD testing at this time.

I provide neuropsychological testing for adults to assess for and diagnose Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

I mostly work with people who are transitioning to college who need documentation to acquire accommodations at school. I also particularly enjoy working with women or non-binary people who may have been misdiagnosed as children.

How does this work?

The goal of a neuropsychological evaluation is to help you, your treating providers, and qualified third parties (e.g., school) gain a better understanding of your relative strengths and weaknesses, specific diagnostic considerations, and treatment recommendations.

Objective tests are used to measure brain-behavior relationships, including intellectual functioning, academic functioning, language, attention, memory, learning, executive functioning, processing speed, and working memory. Standardized testing involves 6-8 hours of face-to-face contact, but can vary widely.

Once the tests are administered, the data analyzed, and relevant records reviewed, the results are into a written report that explains the test findings, diagnostic considerations, and recommendations. A post-test consultation is done in order to discuss the results.

How are results used?

You can use results to confirm or clarify a diagnosis, access accommodations in academic settings and institutions, and as tools to collaborate with other specialists (e.g., neurologist, psychiatrist, school psychologists).
